INVITING TENDER SECTION - I NIT No. PTG/T-369/RTTC Mess & Canteen/2019-2020
Dated at Pune the 03/01/2020 Digitally Sealed Tenders are invited by the
Principal General Manager, BSNL, Pune for Running RTTC Hostel Mess &
Canteen of BSNL, Pune. It is proposed to award the tender to Single bidder.
Availability of e-Tender Document: - e-Tender
document can be obtained by downloading it from the website www.eprocure.gov.in
. The physical copy of the Tender document would not be available for sale.
e-Tender documents will be available for downloading from 04/01/2020 to
24/01/2020. 3.1 The tender document shall not be available for download on its
closing/ submission date.
In case of Tender document down loaded from
the Internet, a D.D. of both Tender document cost and EMD should be paid in the
form of Demand Draft / Bankers Cheque issued by any Nationalised /Scheduled
Bank in favour of “The AO Cash, BSNLPune” of amount mentioned above or can be paid by cash payment to the Accounts Officer , Cash Counter,
Groundfloor, TelephoneBhava, Bajirao Road., Pune – 2 between 11:30 hrs. to
13:30 hrs on all working days. Original Cash Receipt shall be produced
The Demand Draft/ Bankers Cheque or Original
Cash Receipt should be submitted offline in the envelop as mentioned in clause
The Tender fee is non-refundable &
non-transferable
The tender documents shall be issued free of
cost to NSIC/MSE bidders on production of requisite proof in respect of valid
certification from NSIC/MSME for the tendered item.
EMD/Bid Security: - As mentioned above sum to
be paid in Demand Draft from Nationalised/Scheduled Bank payable in the name of
Accounts Officer (Cash), BSNL Pune, Cash Counter, Ground floor, Telephone
Bhavan, Bajirao Rd., Pune – 2 between 11:30hrs.to 13:30hrs on all working days.
EMD may also be paid in the form of Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled
/Nationalised Bank drawn in favour of AGM (Works), BSNL Pune valid up to Six
month from date of opening the tender.
The original cash receipt obtained or the bank
guarantee should be submitted offline in the envelop as mentioned in clause 4.2
of Section-II B
Tender bids received after due time & date
will not be accepted by the online system.
All documents should be digitally signed by
the bidder/ vendor organization
The PGM, BSNL Pune, reserves the right to
accept or reject any or all the bids without assigning any reasons whatsoever
and he is not bound to accept the lowest tender rate. Note: - 1. During all process, if it is observed that the down loaded document is
exactly not atper the original tenders documents and/or it is tempered/changed/ modified in anyway, the bid will be rejected.
Eligibility clause:
Experience:- The bidders who are having
minimum 1 year Experience of running mess/ canteen or similar type of work in
Govt / Semi-Govt / Local Bodies / Reputed Public Limited Companies & who
have performed the work of minimum 35%. of tender cost i.e appx Rs.10,21,621/-
during last three financial years i.e. 2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19 and current
financial year i.e 19-20 are eligible. Experience Certificate must be issued by
an officer not below the rank of DGM or equivalent to DGM..
Solvency: - Solvency Certificate from the
banker of the tenderer shall not be older than 12 (Twelve) months from the date
of issue of NIT & the certificate should be of the amount as mentioned
below & as applicable:- i) Works costing Up to Rs.20lacs-Rs.2 lakhs; ii)
For works costing more than 20 lakhs but less than 50lakhs– Rs.5 lakhs; iii)
For works costing more than 50lakhs – Rs.10 lakhs.
