College of Engineering Pune (COEP) invites digitally sealed quotations to run café house canteen at College of Engineering Pune (COEP) through eProcurement system of Government of Maharashtra (https://mahatenders.gov.in/) as per the Part 1: Technical Bid (Appendix-A) and Part 2: Commercial Bid (Appendix-B) in the prescribed Bid forms.
Eligibility Criteria:
a) The firm applying for this should be registered with good service records, should be from Pune only and should have minimum Ten years of experience of providing catering services to a degree college/ professional college with following specific requirements.
1) For Café house canteen - Minimum ten years experience only in College and having catered to minimum 3000 students every year consistently for last ten years (Proof of same to be attached endorsed by that educational institute).
2) The bidder must have executed at least one purchase order for similar kind of work of not less than Rs. 15.00 Lakhs (Single order) during the last three years.
b) The bids of the contracting canteen owners and catering agencies with inadequate/irrelevant details as required above are liable for rejection. The bidding firm should submit supporting documents online (https://mahatenders.gov.in/) in this regards.
